Our Hours of Operation
Our cable car departs punctually on the hour and half-hour, so you can plan flexibly. For special occasions or during peak visitor times, we add extra intermediate runs to meet your needs.
Our autumn maintenance work will take place from Monday 2 November 2026 until, provisionally, Sunday 13 December 2026. The Untersbergbahn will be closed during this period.
On December 24th 2026, the cable car will be open from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm. The last opportunity to take a trip up and down the mountain is on December 24th at 11.30 am.
